Exploration of the Bartolome Island begins with a panga (zodiac) ride past the Pinnacle Rock monolith where you can see playful Galapagos Penguins flying through the water or sunning on shore. After a dry landing you will hike along a well-developed trail that includes improved paths and boardwalks toward the summit. The breathtaking view of Pinnacle rock, the surrounding beaches and Santiago Island is the reward for climbing the 300+ stairs en route.

After returning to the motor yacht you will enjoy lunch on board before a wet-landing on a secluded pink & white sand beach where generations of sea turtles have returned to nest. Snorkeling from the beach in these azure Galapagos waters offers the possibility of seeing White Tip Sharks, curious Sea Lions, Sea Turtles and a seemingly unlimited variety of fish. The tour ends back in Puerto Ayora in the late afternoon.
